How do I create an event?
Download the Lynq app, create an account, and tap the "+" button to start creating your event. You can add details, images, ticket tiers, and more.
Is Lynq free to use?
Lynq is free to download and use for attendees. For organizers, free events are always free to host. For paid events, a small service fee is applied to ticket sales.
How do I get my tickets?
After purchasing or RSVPing, your tickets appear in the "My Tickets" section of the app with a QR code for check-in. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. If you're having trouble receiving your tickets, contact us at [email protected].
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by event organizers. Check the event details for the organizer's refund policy, or contact them directly through the app. For issues such as a host not delivering on their event or a cancelled event, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll help resolve it.
How do I report an issue with an event?
You can report events or users directly in the app, or email us at [email protected] with details.
