This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

In this privacy policy, the words "platform" refers to the R4LLY mobile application and the R4LLY website together, unless referred to individually in the document, "we", "us", "our" and "R4LLY" refers to R4LLY and "you" and "user" refers to you, the user of R4LLY.

This privacy policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after we make changes to this privacy policy will be deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check this policy periodically for updates. This privacy policy has been developed and is maintained in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

When you use the platform, register as a user and create a profile, purchase the premium plan, provide user content to the platform, use the features available on the platform, contact us through our contact details and provide us with personal information to communicate with you, you consent to our collection, storage and use of your information under the terms set out in this privacy policy.

3. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

The information we collect from our users helps us to continually improve the user experience on the platform. These are the types of information we collect:

Information you provide to us. You provide information when you use the platform, register as a user and create a profile, provide user content to the platform, purchase the premium plan, use the features available on the platform, contact us through our contact details and provide us with personal information to communicate with you. As a result of those actions, you may provide us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Profile photos
  • User content
  • Any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly or indirectly through your use of the platform.

Information Collected Automatically. By accessing and using the platform, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • IP address.
  • Device and app metadata (such as device type, operating system, app version, language and time zone).
  • Usage and analytics data (such as screens/pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, referral/exit context, and feature usage).
  • Crash diagnostics, performance data and related logs.
  • Cookie or similar technology data on web surfaces for security, session management and analytics.

Payment Information: Payments on R4LLY are processed by third-party payment providers, including Google Play Store and Apple App Store for subscriptions, and PSP providers (including Stripe) for ticket purchases, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and host payouts. R4LLY does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. R4LLY may receive and store limited payment-related records from these providers, such as transaction IDs, payment method type, payout account status, fee amounts, refund/chargeback status, and limited card descriptors (for example, last four digits) where provided by the processor.

Location: Our platform uses location data to provide and improve personalised services. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information about your geographic location. This information may include, but is not limited to, your device's GPS location, IP addresses and other similar data. We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Chat messages: Our platform stores chat messages between users. Chat messages are stored indefinitely on user devices. Chat messages are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days after creation. In cases where misconduct is reported, related messages may be retained for a period of up to five years to investigate the allegation and maintain security on the platform. Access to these retained messages is limited to authorized personnel and is handled under strict confidentiality rules and in accordance with applicable laws.

Contact information: We may access some personal information about the user, such as name and email address, when the user or any third party communicates with us through our contact information. Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any R4LLY server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.

4. AVAILABILITY IN APP STORES

By downloading our application from an app store, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by us and the corresponding app store, respectively. Please note that app stores may have their own privacy policies and terms of service that are separate from ours. We recommend users review these policies prior to downloading and using our app. The availability of our app on these stores does not imply an affiliation with or endorsement by the app store.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, fulfill the legitimate purposes described in this policy or until the user closes the user account or requests the deletion of their data. For up to 30 days, users may still request their accounts to be restored. After 30 days we begin the process of deleting your personal information from our systems. R4LLY may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, R4LLY may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be asserted after the retention period has expired.

In general, we use the data we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect and improve our platform and to properly deliver the functionalities available on the platform. We use the data collected through our platform as described below:

  • Investigate user reports.

7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below.

Third-Party Service Providers. We use third-party services to perform certain functions on our platform. Some of these functions and services include: platform hosting and app distribution/billing (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), payment processing and payout operations for subscriptions and ticketing (including PSP providers such as Stripe), authentication and notification functions (Firebase), analytics services, and email delivery services.

These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.

Marketing: By using our services and platform, you consent to the use of your personal information, including username and email address, for the sole purpose of receiving communications about our platform. R4LLY respects your privacy and does not share this information with unauthorized third parties. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the "unsubscribe" option available in the same marketing emails or by sending your request through our contact information.

Business Transfers. In the event R4LLY creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will likely be transferred. R4LLY will send you an email or post a prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.

Protection of R4LLY and Others. We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of R4LLY, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

8. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS

In the event of a security breach that compromises the confidentiality of the personal data of our users, R4LLY undertakes to notify those affected in a timely manner. This notification will be made through the means of contact that have been provided by the user on our platform. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the information and remedy any situation that compromises the security of your data.

9. PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We grant access to your personal information only to those outside persons or services that have a legitimate need to know it and in accordance with our privacy policy. We adhere to industry-recognized security standards to protect your personal information, both during transmission and in storage. However, it is important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is foolproof and 100% secure. Therefore, while we at R4LLY strive to implement commercially viable data protection methods, we cannot ensure absolute security of your personal information. We undertake not to sell, distribute or transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties, unless we have your explicit consent or are required by law to do so.

Users who provide information through our platform, as data subjects, have the right to access, rectify, download or delete their information, as well as to restrict and oppose certain processing of their information. While some of these rights apply generally, others only apply in certain limited circumstances. These rights are described below:

  • Access and portability: to access and know what information is stored on our servers, you can send us your request through our contact information.
  • Rectification, restriction, limitation and deletion: You may also rectify, restrict, limit or delete much of your information.
  • Right to be informed: Users of our platform will be informed, upon request, about what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is kept and whether it is shared with third parties.

12. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY

We comply with the requirements of national and international data protection regulations regarding the protection of personal data of minors. Our platform is intended for persons over 18 years of age. We do not collect any information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

Except as expressly included in this privacy policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information R4LLY collects from you. If you disclose your information to third parties, whether other users or affiliates of R4LLY, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. R4LLY does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of such third parties where applicable. R4LLY is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other third party platforms or services, including those linked to or from the R4LLY platform. 15. EVENT RECORD RETENTION AND DELETION LIMITS

To preserve business records, transaction integrity, and fraud prevention controls, certain event data cannot be deleted once specific actions occur.

In particular, public events that have user actions (such as RSVP, registration, or similar engagement) and any event involving ticket purchase or payment activity may be retained and may not be eligible for deletion by users.

Where deletion is restricted, R4LLY may retain event and transaction records as necessary for legal compliance, disputes, chargebacks, auditing, safety, and business operations.

16. AI AND MACHINE LEARNING FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY

R4LLY may use automated systems, including AI and machine-learning models, to help protect the platform and community.

These systems may analyze event content, messages, and related activity signals to detect fraud, scams, abusive behavior, or content that may violate community standards (including violent or graphic/gore-related content).

Automated analysis supports moderation and security decisions, which may include content review, account restrictions, payout holds, or escalations for human review.

R4LLY may send operational and event-related communications, including limited SMS where necessary for event participation and updates. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" or by changing communication preferences in your account settings.
